JASCH GAUGING TECHNOLOGIES LTD

Jasch Gauging Technologies Ltd was incorporated on 25th May 2021 as a wholly-owned Indian subsidiary of the Company, solely to receive and carry on the demerged undertaking of the Company pertaining to its Electronic Gauges Division.  A joint petition for approving a Scheme of Arrangement is awaiting approval of the Hon'ble National Company Law Board.
